We are Jim and Linda Maxwell owners and lovers of Miniature Schnauzers. We are new breeders and have worked very hard to get our kennel started. We got our first Miniature Schnauzers in 2017 but have been dog owners for 46 years. We have owned and loved many breeds of dogs but when we got our Cookie, we decided we wanted more! Many owners say…Schnauzers are like potato chips; you can’t have just one! 

We discussed the possibility of breeding, prayed about it and felt like this is what we should do. We believe if you are doing something, do it as unto The Lord. 

Keeping the Miniature Schnauzer standards has been the goal all along. Providing Healthy puppies to families that will be life long friends was another goal. We were led in the direction of finding the best breeding stock.

This became a challenge because good breeders don’t sell their puppies to just anyone.

All Maxwell House Schnauzers have been DNA tested free and clear thru EMBARK. Their eyes have been

tested clear by Dr. Hendrix with University of Tennessee. PennGen tested for MAC (Mycobacterium

Avium Complex) found to be clear. Heart tests performed by Dr. Dan Hall SC Veterinary Specialists. All tests were normal and these results have been registered with Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. 

All of our dogs are certified through the CHIC program through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals.
